By booking a session with Paw and Pine Studio, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved — especially your dog(s).

1. Booking & Payment

• All sessions are paid for in full at the time of booking via our website.

• Once your booking is received, we’ll contact you by email to organise the date, time, and location for your shoot.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling

• You can reschedule your shoot at no extra charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• We’re flexible in the case of bad weather, illness, or other unforeseen issues — just let us know and we’ll work with you to rebook.

Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before your session: Full refund

• 48–72 hours before: 50% refund

• Less than 48 hours before: No refund, as your session time has already been set aside

• If your cancellation is due to an emergency, please get in touch — we aim to be understanding wherever possible.

3. What’s Included

• Each package includes a minimum of 10 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images, unless otherwise stated.

• Images are delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the session.

• You can download and print these images for personal use only.

4. Dog Limit & Group Sessions

• All packages are designed for a maximum of 2 dogs per session.

• The Last Moments and Sports packages are strictly limited to 1 dog to ensure proper attention and care.

• Additional dogs (where allowed) are charged at £50 per dog.

• For sessions involving more than 3 dogs, or unique setups, we offer custom packages — please get in touch to discuss.

5. Travel Policy

• Travel is included for locations within a 20-mile radius of BS5 (East Bristol).

• For locations outside this area, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile (each way).

• Travel costs will be confirmed and invoiced before your session is finalised.

6. Your Dog’s Safety & Comfort

• Your dog remains your responsibility throughout the session.

• If your dog needs to stay on a lead, that’s absolutely fine — we often remove leads in post-processing where possible.

• Please let us know in advance if your dog is anxious, reactive, elderly, or has special needs, so we can tailor the session accordingly.

7. Image Usage

• Paw and Pine Studio retains copyright ownership of all images.

• You are granted a personal use license to share and print your photos for non-commercial purposes.

• We may use selected images for our portfolio, website, marketing, and social media — if you’d prefer your images not be used in this way, please let us know.

8. Special Packages

The Last Moments

Handled with care, these sessions are tailored to your dog’s comfort and condition. Limited to one dog to allow full attention. If your dog’s health changes, please get in touch and we will accommodate as best we can.

The Sports Package

For trail runners and mountain bikers who love adventuring with their dog. A half-day session capturing action on the move. Limited to one dog only for safety and focus.

9. Custom Packages
